India is not one market. It is dozens of markets, each with its own language, culture, beauty standards, and content preferences. Aroma Care understood this, and they came to us with a challenge that most agencies would struggle with: produce UGC that works across more than 15 regional languages.

We did not just translate scripts and call it a day. That approach never works, and audiences can spot it immediately. Instead, we worked with local creators in each region who understand the nuances of how their audience talks, what they respond to, and what feels authentic versus what feels like a dubbed commercial.

The result was a content library where every single video felt like it was made for that specific audience. A Tamil creator speaking to a Tamil audience about beauty. A Bengali creator doing the same for hers. Same brand, same product, completely different content. That is what real regional content looks like.
